Monthly Base Rates
The following are monthly charges independent of usage:
- Water..............$11.37
- Sewer..............$30.69
- Stormwater.......$ 1.00
- Solid Waste......$ 13.00
City Water Franchise Fee: 10% of the water bill
There is also an additional charge of 25% for residents living outside the city limits.
Outside Usage Rate
In addition to the base rates, you are charged:
- Sewer per 1,000 gallons......................$38.36
- Sewer usage is based on water usage
- Water per 1,000 gallons......................$14.21
