The City of Callaway offers low-income senior citizens 65 years or older residing within the city limits, a 25% discount on their residential water, sewer, and bulk items/ yard debris pick-up services. Applications are available at:

Note: You must re-qualify every year by March 1st to continue receiving this discount.
Monthly Base Rates - Senior Discount
The following are monthly charges independent of usage:
- Water..............$8.53
- Sewer..............$23.02
- Stormwater.......$ .75
- Solid Waste......$ 9.75
- City Water Franchise Fee: 10% of water bill
There is also an additional charge of 25% for residents living outside the city limits.
Usage Rate - Senior Discount
In addition to the base rates, you are charged:
- Sewer per 1,000 gallons......................$4.49
- Sewer usage is based on water usage
- Water per 1,000 gallons......................$3.95
