If payment is not received in full by the 25th of each month (next full business day if the 25th falls on a weekend or holiday), a $25 service fee will be applied to all unpaid bills regardless of actual disconnection or not.
In the event service to an existing account is disconnected for failure to timely pay for service, reconnection of service will be subject to next day turn off (however the city operates Monday-Friday only
Please make your payment by specified due dates on your Utility bill to avoid disconnection of service.
